What is The Vibe Session™?

The Vibe Session™ is our planning process designed to help us understand your vision for the event.

This allows us to create a customized experience rather than relying on a generic playlist.


Can we provide a playlist?

Absolutely.

We encourage clients to share songs they love, artists they want included, and songs they'd rather avoid.

Can guests request songs?

Yes.

We welcome guest requests whenever appropriate and when they align with the overall atmosphere and goals of the event.

Do you provide uplighting?

Our uplighting packages help transform venues, highlight architectural features, and create a customized atmosphere that complements your event.


How early do you arrive?

We typically arrive well in advance of the event to allow sufficient time for setup, testing, and preparation.

Arrival times vary depending on venue requirements and event complexity.


What happens if our timeline changes?

We understand events rarely run exactly according to schedule.

We remain flexible and work closely with clients, venues, coordinators, and vendors to adapt as needed throughout the event.


How do I reserve my date?

A signed agreement and deposit are required to officially secure your event date.

Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major electronic payment methods and other approved payment options.

Specific payment instructions will be provided during the booking process.


Do you require a deposit?

Yes.

A deposit is required to reserve your date and protect both parties from scheduling conflicts.

 

Can you DJ outdoors?

Absolutely.

Outdoor events are welcome as long as suitable power and weather conditions are available.

We'll discuss any special requirements during the planning process.


What if we have a very diverse crowd?
